Judge Robert Bonner (Fmr) - Arbitrator
Judge
Robert C. Bonner was a federal judge in the Central District of California from
1989 to 1990, following his service as U.S. Attorney in that district. He became
the Administrator of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration in September,
1990. After practicing law from 1993 to 2001, he served as Commissioner of the
Customs Service. He has extensive experience in both arbitration and mediation.
His corporate practice includes complex civil litigation, customs and trade law,
internal corporate investigations and corporate compliance programs,
intellectual property, antitrust and environmental law. Judge Bonner is based in Los Angeles.
Judge Bonner graduated from the Georgetown Law School (J.D. 1966) and the University of Maryland (B.A. 1963).
