FedArb Announces Strategic Board Reorganization
July 23, 2025 – FedArb, a leading provider of ADR services and known for its elite panel of experts and former federal judges, is pleased to announce a significant ownership transition.
Kennen D. Hagen, the company’s current CEO, will assume full ownership and control, as the company undergoes a strategic recapitalization. This move enables Mr. Hagen to take responsibility for FedArb’s commitment to delivering efficient and effective ADR solutions for its clients. Mr. Hagen, who has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth, will now lead the company’s outreach and expansion in the legal community.

As of this date, Mr. Hagen will assume full control and responsibility for all activities of FedArb, including all governance and fiduciary responsibilities. The departing board members will remain available as advisors, to assist in the transition and continue supporting the organization’s objectives.
